Much more durable than the standard Gladware 24 ounce container

I've been using the Gladware 24 ounce container for years in the refrigerator and freezer. However, after awhile they get brittle and the lids or rims of the container will break from years of in-and-out of the freezer. I decided to try the Freezerware containers and they are fantastic. Much thicker material than the standard Gladware and the lids are heavier duty. If you freeze a lot of food, I'd definitely recommend the Freezerware. They're almost indestructible.

Leak proof freezer containers

These freezer bowls could not be found locally. I have some just like them that I bought years ago that have held up well. These are not quite the quality of the ones that I had, but they are still good bowls. It is hard to find freezer bowls.

Perfect size

These are the perfect size for a meal for one. I use mostly for extra soup, stews and chili. Cooking for one is easier to make a big pot and freeze servings for future use. Good size for lasagna and pasta dishes.

Value within my budget

Never, ever do I pay full price for anything. That said, i also have some oddball rules i adhere to concerning "disposable" items. This set of 24 freezer containers with lids (48 pc total) offered for $19 and change fit my personal criteria of containers costing $1.00 or less per, as these were 82 cents each. Perfect!!

Love the size and color of these containers

I cannot find these containers in the store anymore. I like the pretty color, design and convenient size and they seem to disappear as I often share some of my meals with my neighbors. I do ask for the containers back but for some reason they still disappear.
